For some time now the food truck scene in Adelaide has been growing at a rapid rate, and now there are several different food trucks that operate throughout the city on a regular basis. Some genius came up with a cracking plan to have a congregation of all the fabulous food trucks in Adelaide and thus “Fork on the Road”was born. I unfortunately missed the first one in Victoria Square, however cannot wait to get my hands on some goodies when it is hits Hindmarsh Square next Friday, particularly looking forward to a sandwich from the Chimichurri Grill!
